- All prices include VAT
- Each accepted conference paper requires at least one Full Registration.
Full Registration and Student registration fee include:

- Conference Badge, Conference Materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the Conference
Workshop Only registration fee includes:
- Attending Workshops Scientific Sessions

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Congresses & Events in writing
- For cancellations received up to and including 15/7/2027: Full refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee
- For cancellations received after 15/7/2027: No refund will be possible
- Registration name changes will be possible up until 30/7/2027
- All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress
